Last week was para appreciation at my school. We could definitely tell the other staff appreciate us. On Monday they sent us away for lunch at a great, local Mexican restaurant. They gave us a whole hour to eat - quite the contrast from the usual 20 minutes!
Then, on Tuesday, my supervising teacher had flowers delivered to us. They're beautiful!
I also received coupons for fountain drinks at a local-favorite gas station and some chocolate.

ReplyDeleteThey definitely treat us really well! They're also giving the secretaries and the cooks a lunch out. Teachers are taking up kitchen duties for the day when the cooks go out for lunch. It's so nice to feel appreciated!
